Tennessee voters must present a valid photo ID when voting early or on Election Day. Acceptable IDs include a Tennessee driver's license or photo ID issued by the State of Tennessee or the federal government. Expried IDs are accepted. College student IDs are not accepted.

Tennessee businesses, churches, nonprofits, and schools can support civic engagement by joining the Secretary of State's Your Vote Matters program. Participating organizations receive official voter education materials and election updates.
